Echos of Ice Age - Easy / Medium / Difficult

Varied terrain that combines seashore, forest, rocks, wetlands and terrain once formed by the Ice Age a long, long time ago.

First snow landed on forest floor and trees, just hours before it melted again

What makes this special

This is where geology meets mythology -walk where Ice Age glaciers once roared back and forth, and where giants were told to throw boulders. Even some local residents are unaware of these paths - they are hidden in plain sight. Once people do discover them, they tend to return to these trails over and over again, to relax in Finnish style during weekends or evenings after work.
